Each week we will have daily workouts based on your area of focus : Equestrian…Running…General. One day each week will be set aside for rest or to use as a make-up day if we need to alter / adapt our training in any way.
Equestrian:
We all know that it is not “just sitting on a horse and they just go”. We need to be strong, confident and balanced for anything & everything while we are in the saddle as well as on the ground. The bootcamp will include strength training workouts. It will have a mixture of “at home” using basic equipment such as dumbbells and mats as well as workouts that are meant to be done in a gym setting. I will also include cardio workouts that will improve endurance and our breathing.

-YOUR LEG STRENGTH
RUNNING:
Speed & endurance is built from strength training. Take these next two months to become a better and more confident runner. This is perfect if you would like to conquer a new distance, beginning your running journey, or would like to run longer or even at a faster pace. Workouts will be “at home” meaning all you need are a set of weights, a mat, a stability ball, as well as a pair of running shoes.

-YOUR RECOVERY
GENERAL:
This is the perfect opportunity to get into the regime of working out while having accountability and workouts created by a certified personal trainer in the comfort of your own home. All you need to provide are a set of weights, a mat, a stability ball as well as comfortable shoes to run / walk in.

With all of the bootcamps, I will also be available for accountability, questions, updates and even check-ins. Bootcamps will be hosted via the GroupMe app and workouts are always posted in advance so you can plan your life.
