These are fun, energetic and are a great way to keep moving with a busy life. Challenges are made available via the GroupMe app with each challenge having its own channel. These are workouts that you can do on your own time, at your own convenience while having accountability!

Strength, Core & the Basics for Runners

Spend the month of November with me as we focus on our bodies to become better, faster & stronger runners!

As runners, it’s easy to fall into the same routine of just logging miles or even wanting to become faster. This can lead to injury as well as a longer post-run recovery as we are not doing anything to help our muscles in becoming stronger. Instead, we are becoming sore, fatigued and even injured.

Let’s get ready for a month of going back to the basics of our bodies with strength, core, and focusing on our bodies as we run.

All you need are dumbbells, a yoga mat, running shoes, and a positive attitude!
