Online Training = Flexible Training
A few days ago, we had a thunderstorm pop up when I had planned to do my swim workout. Needless to say, I did not get to swim that day and had to move my swim workout to today. My first race of the season is next weekend so it was very important to make sure I get this final swim for the week in. My training happens around training my in-person clients, working at a local cycling studio, creating training plans & keeping in touch with my in-person clients, and living my Life. Every week is not the same cookie cutter week and can even change in a moment’s notice, so I have to be prepared & ready to adapt my training.
The best thing about the online training that I offer is that you are still able to train and workout as you go about your life. You’re not missing classes / losing credits with a membership. You’re able to work out in a gym, outdoors, at home…essentially anywhere with even the most basic equipment and even just your bodyweight. This means your goals are still obtainable. Mother Nature can throw a curveball and the conditions are unsafe to get outside to run, or even to drive to the gym. When this happens, we just need to go into your training plan and adjust / alter the day(s) so you’re still moving forward with your goals and able to train.
Having a busy Life doesn’t mean you need to halt your goals & dreams, it just means that we have to get creative to figure out the best training plan for you and pivot when need be.
